JOB SUMMARY:
Accountable to assist in the efficient and courteous rooming of guests with complete information on area services.

FUNCTIONAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Assist guest with luggage and special requests.- Promptly and efficiently attend to the baggage needs of tour groups.
- Deliver special rooms requests items, such as Rollaways, Refrigerators, Blankets, Pillows, etc.
- Assist Lodge attendant team in maintaining and upholding a clean, neat appearance of the lobby and public areas of the Resort.
- Remain in the lobby area to assist the traffic flow, help Front Office and anticipate the need for additional guest consideration without specifically being asked to do so.
- Maintain a Can Do attitude at all times towards our guests as well as other Team Members.
- Perform other duties assigned.
PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:
Ability to pull, push and lift up to 25lbs.- Ability to twist, stand and walk for long periods of time
High School graduate or the equivalent- Ability to multitask
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally or in writing
- Excellent customer service
