Behavioral Health Technicians (BHT's) provide therapeutic interventions and supports to reduce and manage a child’s, youth’s or young adult’s needs identified in an individual treatment plan (ITP).

COMPREHENSIVE is hiring BHT's in Grove City, Greenville, Reynolds, Jamestown, Commodore Perry, Sharon, Farrell, Sharpsville, Mercer, Hermitage, and New Wilmington School Districts. Pay $12 - $20/hr., up to $41,000 per year, commensurate with education and experience. Experienced BHT's and Educators encouraged to apply. Five to forty hours per week, negotiable schedules.

Requirements:

1. Certification as a Board-certified assistant behavior analyst certification (BCaBA) which is an undergraduate-level certification by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board, or

2. Certification as a registered behavior technician certification (RBT) which is a certification by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board, or

3. Certification as a Board-certified autism technician (BCAT) which is a certification by the Behavioral Intervention Certification Council, or

4. Have a behavior analysis certification from an organization that is accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies or the American National Standards Institute, or

5. Have a high school diploma or the equivalent of a high school diploma and have completed a 40-hour training covering the RBT (Registered behavior technician) Task List as evidenced by a certification that includes the name of the responsible trainer, who is certified as a BCBA (Board-certified behavior analyst) or BCaBA (Board-certified assistant behavior analyst), or

6. Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the provision of ABA services and a minimum of 40 hours of training related to ABA approved by DHS or provided by a continuing education provider approved by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.

Original PA Criminal Clearance, PA Child Abuse Clearance, FBI Clearance, and Official Transcripts also required.

Experienced TSS, Retirees, as well as Education, Sociology, Psychology and Criminal Justice majors are encouraged to apply. Flexible schedules.
