Care Alliance Health Center (CAHC) is a first class FQHC that provides services to individuals regardless of their ability to pay.

The Behavioral Health Supervisor is responsible for direct supervision of the day-to-day operation of the Behavioral Health Care team and Behavioral Health outreach services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Partner with a team of providers to integrate behavioral and medical healthcare Implement, review, and regularly improve Clinical Treatment Protocol to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and best practices 

Identifies and solves patient concerns and de-escalates if emergencies arise

Communicate effectively with patients, families, community partners, contracted providers and CAHC staff.

Supervises the work of 2 counselors including crisis management, community outreach, assessment, screening, facilitation of care, and connection to appropriate community resources and entitlements.

Supervise and oversee the daily objectives of the Behavioral Health Services team

Provide oversight of service provision for staff members to ensure that the team delivers high quality and effective treatment to patients in a safe and healthy clinical environment

Provide ongoing training, coaching, consultation and support to supervisees.

Utilize technology and performance metrics to monitor employee and team performance. May be required to perform telehealth services as determined by

Produce accurate, timely and professional clinical documentation within scope of practice. Works cooperatively with all levels of employees, management and external agencies

Manages day-to-day operations and monitors the integration and processing of members to optimize appropriate use of behavioral and physical health services

QUALIFICATIONS

Masters degree in Social Work or Counseling and LISW-S Certification

Minimum of 3 years Counseling and Managerial experience

Experience in community-based counseling and prior FQHC experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $69,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
