What we are looking for!

A Behavioral Health Office Receptionist/Clerk that will greet clients, enroll new clients into our EHR, and guide our clients through the process of insurance verification, scheduling and checking in and out process of appointments.

We work with community members that need services with behavioral health, meaning individual counseling, group counseling with children, adolescent groups, case management services for those needing assistance navigating the system, those looking for assistance with substance use and mental health.

Our ideal candidate will be compassionate, motivated, a team player, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, energetic, creative, understand the theories of behavior management and positive reinforcement, and represent yourself as a positive role model.

Qualifications

This position requires a High School diploma/GED and the hope is that anyone applying may have experience in the human services or medical field.

Ability to participate in our Drug Free work place program

Terms of Employment

Must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 as a condition of employment. All Applicants must provide proof of Covid vaccination prior to employment.

There are only two (2) exceptions to this requirement.

1-The individual is excused from receiving Covid-19 vaccine due to a qualifying medical reason.Proper documentation from a healthcare provider is required. The documentation does not need to reflect a diagnosis but it does need to be provided by a licensed healthcare provider. It must be verifiable.

2-The individual is declining vaccination due to a religious belief.

The individual must demonstrate that this is a religiously held belief. This may be demonstrated by providing a letter from a religious leader. This letter must be verifiable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.50 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
Masks or face shields are provided and are required by all clients and staff members in the building when you are unable to be more than 6ft apart.
