The Iowa Primary Care Association is actively recruiting for a Behavioral Health Director for a health center in Waterloo, IA.

This is a new position at the health center and candidate will need to have leadership experience and comfort with treating adolescents, and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

The Behavioral Health Director will also provide clinical supervisor to a team of PMHNP’s, LISW’s, and CADC staff.

Practice Details:

• Clinic Hours: MTF 8am-5pm, WTH- 8am-8pm, Provider would work MTF 8:30am-5:00pm and 11:30am-8:00pm either W/TH with the other being 8:30am-5:30pm.
• Number of closed exam rooms: 2
• Staff: 1 LISW (recruiter 2 more), 2 PMHNPs, 4 LMSWs, and 2 Substance Abuse Counselors
• Supervision: Director of Behavioral Health to supervise LMSWs, MAT nurses, and Homeless program. Chief Psychiatry Officer to supervise PMHNPs, LISWs, and Substance Abuse Counselors.
• No call
