Springboard Community Services is proud to be a leading employer of behavioral health professionals in Maryland, with more than 90 staff members based in Baltimore City, Carroll, Harford, and Howard Counties.

Join our diverse team of talented clinicians to work in our Baltimore City location. Preferred applicants should be licensed as an LCSW-C or LCPC in the state of Maryland, but we will consider LMSW or LGPC applicants too.

Serving our community since 1849, SCS continues to adapt to meet the needs of our community through our Outpatient Mental Health Center that offers a full continuum of mental health services, including Psychiatric care, therapy, and case management.

Special consideration will be given to candidates who have experience working with those impacted by substance use disorders, experience working with children, and those who employ the tenets of trauma-informed care in their therapeutic approach. Those with diverse backgrounds and fluency in a second language are strongly encouraged to apply.

Clinicians will have the ability to make between $50,000 to $85,000 under our fee-for-service model with an average caseload of 26+ clients, coupled with a salaried reimbursement for non-billable services, such as training, clinical supervision, and participation in treatment team meetings. SCS values professional development and encourages its Clinicians to apply for free CEU courses that will provide enrichment and growth.
