Beauty and Personal Care Account Manager
Position Summary:
Job Description:
- Responsible for a territory Sales of more than $16 MM in Specialties
- Responsible to grow his /her territory in terms of Revenue, Margins and Innovation.
- To be responsible for the forecast in our Arkieva system to have the proper supply and stock in his sales territory.
- To be responsible for Multinational and Regional Strategy for T2 and Distributors Channel execution.
- To manage AOP process for her/his territory
- Supporting locally the relationship with P&G USA in R&D, supply chain and other functions, identifying opportunities at P&G to continue expanding our share.
- Role requires 50% travel
Additional Details:
Minimum Qualifications
- 10+ years in the Personal Care Industry with proved success in the North American Territory
- 10+ years experience to manage Multinational Companies and Distribution Channels
- Experience working with Contract Manufactures in the Personal Care North America Industry
- Experience in the raw material and active ingredients to the Personal Care Industry
BS in Chemistry or related field of study
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience to work in SAP, Arkieva , and platforms like Tungsten -Taulia
- Knowledge about Personal Care segments such as: Hair, Skin, Color Cosmetics and Sun Care
- Proved experience to manage Multinational Accounts
- Knowledge about the major trends in the Beauty & Personal Care Industries.
- Knowledge about PC Canada market
- Experience working through matrix organizations
