Job Summary
Busy Honda and Hyundai combined business development center looking for a BDC/Client Care Specialist to join our Team.
As a Client Care Specialist you will handle inbound/outbound calls, internet inquiries and appointment setting for our customers. Applicant must be self motivated and be comfortable you have experience in customer service, telemarketing, retail or sales then we encourage you to apply today! Previous dealership experience is a plus. Bilingual a plus!

What are day-to-day responsibilities?
- High volume of outbound and inbound phone calls
- Creating appointments daily for our busy sales departments
- Learning customers’ needs while building rapport
- Completing daily follow-up tasks
What are the job requirements?
- Strong phone, email and communication skills
- Positive attitude
- Work well individually and in a team environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours
- Strong verbal/written communication skills
- Valid U.S. Driver's license
