Ladder 133 Kitchen & Social is currently seeking experienced bartenders to fill immediate positions.
Work in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced, guest-centric environment to provide a dining experience to guest which distinguishes our restaurants as a fun, casual eatery known for great food, great drinks, and great service.,

Providing a superior guest experience and delivering great product quality in the bar area, includes:

• Mixing, garnishing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company specifications for guests at the bar and in the restaurant

• Helping guests be aware of and choose menu items, taking orders and making guests feel taken care of during their visit

• Keeping the bar stocked and clean while always providing friendly and attentive service

• Adhering to company standards for serving alcoholic beverages

Must have at least 1 years experience in a restaurant or bar.

All candidates must meet these requirements:
Serve safe certified or equivalent
Must have knowledge of beer, liquor, wine and food
Must have availability to work nights
Have reliable means of transportation
Must have a outgoing personality
Must have a neat and clean appearance
Must a great communication skills
Must be able to multitask
Must be a team player
