Bartender
Who We Are:
Three Rivers Distilling Co. is Fort Wayne’s only distillery. We make all our spirits in-house at our distillery, including Vodka, Rum, Gin, Bourbon, Rye Whiskey, Coffee Liqueur, and Moonshine. We have a restaurant and cocktail bar attached to our distillery. We offer outdoor dining during the summer months and the igloo experience during the winter months.
Who We Are Seeking:
We’re looking for a creative bartender who has experience in cocktail development with a passion to learn and collaborate on cocktail menus. We’re a bar that can only use the alcohol we make. We also sell beer and wine, so experience in either or both of those categories is a bonus.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- A passion for spirits, classic cocktails, and creative cocktails.
- Organization, time management and staying cool under presure
- Friendly and professional demeanor.
- Teamwork and willingness to step in and help others
- Experience in bartending, is a bonus but we are willing to train the right person
- Ability to work afternoons, nights and weekends.
Licenses:
- Indiana Liquor and Server Permit

- Part-time: 20-30 hours per week looking for someone to start right away
