Prepare, mix and serve drinks and beverages correctly to guests in a friendly and professional manners. Ensure the highest level of guests services experience is met or exceeded. Balance the cash flows at the start and close of each shift. Monitor and maintain inventory records.
Job Responsibilities:
- Set up, prepare, mixing of drink and serve beverages to guests in professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and tidy environment of the lounge/s and bar.
- Coffee making.
- Bar service.
- Ensure and provide positive guest experience.
- Maintain inventory records.
- Maintain accurate records including cash flows and receipts.
- Greet all guests with a smile while taking food and drink orders, answering any questions, calling guests by name and thanking them for their order.
- Provide and prepare quality beverages and food products consistently to all guests by adhering to recipe and presentation standards while also providing legendary service.
- Stay calm during periods of high volume to keep the store operating properly and set a positive example for the team.
- Operate a cash register and receive payment from guests, while following Capital One & Plaza Premium Group customer service and cash handling policies and procedures.
- Keep the store clean, stocked, organized and decorate customer display areas.
- Acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge to enhance the culture, values and mission of Capital One & Plaza Premium Group while following operational policies and procedures, including those for safety and security.
Requirements:
- Current TABC Certification & RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) license.
- High School Diploma, GED, equivalent certification, or above preferred.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in F&B operations preferably in hotel or catering industry, with at least 1-year supervisory experience in hotel or catering industries.
- Move and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Accountability and able to work independently.
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good command of spoken and written in English, Spanish, additional language(s) is an advantage.
- Outgoing and presentable good team player with good grooming standard.
- Shift duty is required, available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
