Pizza & Gamez Entertainment, PGE is a family entertainment center attached to the A5 Sportsplex on Alpharetta Highway, PGE is a new division of Andretti Indoor Karting & Games.

This beautiful new venue features cutting edge virtual reality experiences, arcade fun, an immersive midway with opportunities to win amazing swag, all while offering awesome food and beverage options from pizza & snacks to fresh wraps & smoothies, and for the adults a full-service bar overlooks it all. It's a great place for an afternoon family outing or a private party.

We start our tipped entry level positions at $10 per hour!

POSITION SUMMARY

A Pizza & Gamez Entertainment Bartender is responsible for anticipating guest needs, and exceeding guest service expectations all while providing a fun and exciting atmosphere. All positions are responsible for assisting guests in various areas, in many capacities, and following Pizza & Gamez Entertainment high standards of quality Guest satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome visitors and respond to Guests in a friendly and positive manner.
• Greet Guests and take orders within Pizza & Gamez guidelines, always exceeding Guests expectations.
• Prepare standard and specialty mixed drinks, pour wine and beer quickly, accurately, and without waste.
• Deliver food and beverage in a professional manner according to Pizza & Gamez standards.
• Collect payment for all items purchased and consumed and operates the Point-of-Sale system with ease.
• Count cash drawer at the beginning of the shift for accuracy and ensure adequate amount of change is present.
• Maintain an organized work area and proactively clean and reset tables.
• Order and maintain liquor and bar supplies, display bottles in an aesthetically pleasing manner.
• Properly dispose of broken glassware.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines in accordance with local health regulations.
• Sufficiently handle and accurately count money.
• Check identification of any guest consuming alcohol.
• Follow all State and company guidelines regarding beverage services.
• Observe, instruct, and monitor Guests for safety and guideline adherence.
• Assist with Guest recovery and notify manager to ensure positive Guest experiences.
• Communicate clearly and professionally while interacting enthusiastically with Guests and fellow co-workers.
• Constant working knowledge of Andretti brand, product and policies and procedures.
• Performs Opening, Running and Closing department duties as assigned.
• Prior guest service or hospitality experience is preferred.

We start our non-tipped entry level positions at $15 per hour!

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• The desire and ability to be pleasant, upbeat, and sociable throughout the workday.
• Work varying days, nights, holidays, and weekends.
