Hospitality America is looking for a Bartender at Hampton Inn & Suites Downtown Miami Brickell. The Bartender will be responsible for the management of all aspects of the Bistro and Bar and must also direct, implement and maintain a service and management philosophy which serves as a guide for respective staff while emphasizing the importance of quality customer service. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of F&B experience in the restaurant / Food and Beverage field. The Bartender must have knowledge of all food and beverages served (product, cost control, alcohol awareness). We are seeking a personable, organized and capable leader with a Heart for Service.

Job Requirements
High School graduate or equivalent required; college degree preferred. Minimum of two years of experience in a restaurant, preferably in a leadership role. Food Safety certification and alcohol awareness certification desirable. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
