RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greets guests with a friendly welcome, and respond to any requests, question or complaints
• Performing basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by supervisor.
• Set up meeting rooms for upcoming events according to guest specifications.
• Co - ordinate with team members to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.
• Serve food and beverage to the guest as per the sequence of service.
• Observes guests and ensure their satisfaction with the food and service.
• Promptly respond to guest with any additional request.
• Adhere to grooming and appearance standards consistently.
• Understands and can communicate products and services available at the property.
• Bus tables as needed, polish china and insure banquet areas are clean and organized
• follow all standard operation procedures for set up and brake down for banquet areas
