Metz Culinary Management is proud to be the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford's foodservice provider. To that end, we are searching for qualified banquet cooks to assist in our operation. The Banquet Cook is responsible for providing skilled assistance in the supervision and preparation of all food production, maintenance of quality and/or portion control, and the maintenance of sanitation and safety standards. Qualified candidates will have experience in the food service industry preparing scratch made products for large numbers of people.
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of related experience.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Culinary experience preferred
