As a Banking Law Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on a wide range of legal matters relating to the banking industry. You will be working alongside other professionals to support the bank's strategic goals while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and support to bank executives, managers, and employees on matters related to banking law, including compliance, regulatory matters, and litigation.
• Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Analyze and interpret laws and regulations related to banking activities and communicate changes to relevant stakeholders.
• Review and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to banking operations.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda on various banking law topics.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Banking Law Specialist in a law firm, corporate legal department, or financial institution.
• In-depth knowledge of banking laws and regulations.
