We are a busy Internal Medicine practice looking for an experienced Medical Assistant extraordinaire to join our team! Main duties of position:

• Rooming patients and preparing for the visit (vitals, chief complaint)
• Assisting with minor procedures, setting up trays
• Responding to patient calls, triage
• EPIC - Data entry into Electronic Health Record
• Pending orders and scheduling appointments
• Scanning and faxing
• Cross trained on all team member duties to fill in when necessary

Mandatory qualifications:

• EPIC EMR
• Medical terminology
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Great attitude and willingness to acquire new skills

Competitive Pay, Salary Based on Experience

Part-time position, Approx 32 hours a week
