We are Colonial Life - an Employee Benefits Company. We have immediate openings for account managers in the Greater Nashville area. In this role, you are an independent agent sales representative responsible for building relationships with businesses in your local community. You will partner alongside a team of established benefits counselors. Once you gain approval of the business owner, your associates will enroll those businesses and their employees in our products. There is no cost to the business owner to sponsor our plans.

Responsibilities include: Prospecting, Decision Maker Presentations, Group Meetings, Enrollment Solutions & Account Management.

Commission sales experience a plus, but not required. Extensive training program provided. Advancement encouraged!. The compensation plan includes bonuses, commissions and potential renewal commissions for life, a unique advantage of the industry. This is an independent contractor opportunity. Any income range associated with this posting represents the potential earnings available to you as a business owner with no cap on your earnings potential; not a guaranteed salary. All earnings in this role are sales results based and uncapped, with a tremendous potential for growth. This is a very rewarding business opportunity compared to your current real estate prospecting efforts.
