WHOLESALE PARTS ADVISOR

Button Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram/G&S Auto Parts is looking for an experienced Wholesale Parts Advisor/Inside sales for our rapidly growing Wholesale parts department.

KEY RESULT AREAS:

• Meet and exceed Chrysler/GM Customer Care Standards each quarter in all related areas
• Answering phone calls professionally and providing price quotes and other information
• Consulting with customers in both a sales and advisory capacity and providing them with all needed parts
• If the part is not in stock, determine availability and submit an emergency order if requested by the customer
• Ensure that all parts are fully stocked and ordering parts not in stock
• Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery or pick-up
• Solicit assigned accounts by phone
• Notify the customer that ordered parts have been received
• Conduct regular inventory counts
• Be friendly, professional and efficient when working with customers, both on the phone and in person.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• One year of experience in an automotive parts sales position is required
• Organized and friendly personality
• Intermediate computer skills required
• Must have a valid and clean driver's license
• Professional appearance
• Highly motivated, strong work ethic, punctual and positive attitude
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Attention to detail and time management skills
• Fantastic communication skills and ability to work with the public
• Able to work with little supervision
