Van Horn Hyundai of Sheboygan has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Service Technician/Automotive Mechanic.

Whether you are looking for your first job in the automotive industry, or have years of technician experience, this position will be a great fit for you!

Wage:

• $23.00- $28.00 per hour based on experience.

Hours:

• Monday- Friday between 7AM - 5PM
• 1 Saturday a month: 8AM -12PM

Your Responsibilities:

• Diagnosis, repair, and replacement of automotive systems including engine, transmission, suspension, brakes, electrical, etc.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
• Communicate with Service Advisors on the status of repair orders and the estimated time to complete the work
• Maintain efficiency and accuracy in diagnosing as well as repairing vehicles.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Required License / Certifications:

• Valid / Active Driver’s license

Education and Experience:

• Technical College Automotive Diploma preferred
• ASE Certification/Manufacturer Training preferred
• Two or more years’ automotive experience
