Your Responsibilities:

• Support the Service Advisors and Service Manager as needed.
• Answering phones/Scheduling appointments
• Greet Customers
• Explaining charges/Multi Point Inspections to customers if Advisors are busy
• Escort customers to vehicles and explain survey
• Data entry of Assurant warranties and after-market warranties with advisors help
• Filing
• Other duties as needed

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
• Must be organized, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
