Berryville Auto Parts is a full service automotive repair and auto parts business located in Berryville, VA since 1961. Berryville Auto Parts also provides state inspections and tire services in a well-equipped, climate-controlled garage with 4 lifts. In addition to our garage, we are an independent Carquest Auto Parts retail location enabling us to quickly source parts for our customers. We are a family-owned business with an experienced team that has built lasting relationships with our customers. We have a great working environment and are hiring for several open positions to join our growing team.

Job Description:

• Interact with customers, listen to their questions and concerns and provide timely responses.
• Educate customers about the store’s products and services offered.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for auto services and repairs.
• Develop estimates for auto repairs and interact with customers for approval.
• Identify auto parts from Carquest catalog and source from inventory or special orders.
• In-take cars for appointments and monitor service progress.
• Calculate charges and process payments.
• Serve as a customer relationship manager.
• Starting salary based on experience.

Qualifications

· Must have excellent customer service experience.

· Must work closely with vehicle repair technicians.

· Excellent verbal and written skills.

· Experienced success with multi-tasking.

· Minimum 3 years of relative experience in automotive service & repair industry.

· Valid driver’s license.

· High School diploma or equivalent.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $35,000.00 per year
