Role and Responsibilities,

Lubrication Technologies, Inc. of Massachusetts sells and installs Automatic Lubrication Systems.

Our lubrication systems are custom designed and installed by our technicians. They meter precise amounts of lubricant to various components on all types of equipment: crushers, haul trucks, tri-axle dump trucks, wheel loaders, excavators, laser screeds, concrete trucks, machine tools, sweepers, injection molding machines, sterilizers, packaging machines et al.

We perform installations, diagnostics, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs on all Lube Tech products in the field or at the shop. This involves mechanical skills, electrical aptitude and some light welding (not structural).

We maintain our service trucks and shop to insure a clean efficient work space. This includes inventories of parts and supplies on the vehicles as well as the shop.

As a tech with us, you work both with the team and independently. You must accurately and timely complete all required paperwork both written and electronic.

Other duties include,making hose assemblies, cable assemblies, and other related kitting assemblies.

We all work as team members sharing responsibility for quality installations..

Most of our installations are time sensitive, consequently, this position requires long days as we work to job completion as opposed to a set number of hours per day. Occasional overnight stays are required.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Pass pre-employment, random, post-accident, and annual drug screens

Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent

Must be able to safely lift 75 lbs with no assistance

Communicate in English both written and verbal

Ability to operate a motor vehicle with an insurable driving record and maintain a DOT Physical

Maintain any and all MSHA, OSHA, DOT, Site Specific, Company, and Compliance Regulations

Work on your feet moving for multiple hours throughout the day

Properly wear, use, and maintain PPE

Possess basic Computer Skills

Multi-task in a fast paced environment and be fit for duty each day

This position will be one where the individual gains knowledge and understanding of all Lube Tech products and services, and will ultimately be able and willing to explain their value to customers and prospects. They will advance in the areas of mechanics, electronics, hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, and parts recognition.

Equipment Mechanics: 2 years
