We are currently seeking Inside Sales Representatives at our Fairfield, CA facility capable of handling automotive related phone calls from our loyal customer base. As a Sales Representative with Prosource Diesel you will be part of a select team that is dedicated to caring for our customers, handling a steady phone volume and helping us grow our business to the next level.

Job Responsibilities:

Handling incoming sales related phone calls and emails.
Entering customer’s orders in our order management system.
Researching and learning about new products.
Communicating with customers on a technically involved level.
Occasionally representing the company at shows and events.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

Experience in sales preferred, but not necessary if the candidate is a strong communicator with technical knowledge in our field
Strong multi-tasking skills
Attention to detail
Highly organized
Experience with PC computers and the internet
Good communication skills (verbal and written)
Interest in the automotive aftermarket industry is a huge plus.
*We're looking for someone who has an automotive passion, and who ideally has previous experience with light-duty trucks (Dodge, Ford, GM) diesel experience is a plus. We offer competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• ASE Certification (Preferred)
