Guest Care Receptionist

Murdock Hyundai in Murray is looking for a strong customer service oriented and energetic receptionist who will greet and communicate with customers and other employees.

Part time position available. 3PM-8PM on Monday, Tuesdays, Friday, and Saturday OR Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday 6 hour shift on Saturdays. 21 hours a week.

Position Summary:

We are looking for a strong customer service oriented and energetic receptionist who will greet and communicate with customers and other employees. Ensure that each customer is treated as an individual with care and respect, providing them with timely, friendly, and professional service. Applicants must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task. Strong computer skills, Internet and Microsoft Office knowledge a must. Looking for a team player to be able to fill a part-time position Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday from 3PM to 8PM. 6 hour shift on Saturday.

Tasks:

• Confer with guests by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services, direct guests to sales consultants or other appropriate staff members, and help resolve concerns as needed.
• Check to ensure that guests are being greeted and customers' needs being addressed and proactively refer unresolved customer needs to designated departments for further investigation.
• Direct guests with inquiries to guest waiting areas, restrooms, offices, and/or to communicate services available for guests of the Murdock Auto Team.
• Follow-up with guests to determine if their needs were met and their experience was the best quality.

Skills:

Guest Experience Management, MicroSoft Office and Excel, Teamwork, People Skills, Problem Solving, Active Listening, Reading, Computer Efficiency (MUST HAVE) ,Writing/Typing, Comprehension, Critical Thinking, and Social Perceptiveness.

Experience And Education:

High School diploma or GED. Ability to record and monitor surroundings. Experience in customer service, experience in an office setting, Excel spreadsheets, and MicroSoft Office. Excellent communication and time management skills. Must be able to work as a team member in a fast paced environment. Must be a minimum of 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
