Ageless Living Home Health is seeking a fulltime Authorization Coordinator to join our Arlington team.

JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION:

• Request authorizations from all payers within a timely manner
• Request Medicaid appeal and fair hearings, as needed
• Complete eligibility checks on the 1st and 15th of every month
• Compile needed recertification report and request upcoming recertification's
• Assist with answering phones with excellent communication skills
• Assist with scheduling requests, as needed.
• Serve as a translator, as needed.
• Cross-train colleagues, as needed.
• Assists colleagues with tasks, as needed, to ensure efficient work flow within the company
• General office duties

REQUIREMENTS TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION:

• HIGHLY PREFERRED - Bilingual – Spanish
• A minimum 2 years’ experience (within the last 5 years) working in a similar position
• Deliver exceptional customer service that is consistent with the Ageless Living Mission Statement (see below)
• Possess a high level of professionalism & integrity. Ultimate team player.
