As a Strategic Growth & Innovation Associate you will:

• Participate in all aspects of project work including but not limited to:
  • Conducting primary and secondary research, analyzing data, summarizing findings, developing presentations, and managing project logistics.
• Have a strong desire to take on additional responsibilities, including presentation of findings to clients, management of individual work streams and involvement in firm-building activities
• Work closely with senior staff, allowing significant opportunities for professional development

What you bring to the role:

• Undergraduate degree with a demonstrated record of success in a rigorous academic program
• Maturity, drive, intellectual curiosity, and strategic intuition
• The ability to work effectively on a small team where all members are expected to take on significant responsibility
• Outstanding quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
• Superb written, oral, and interpersonal skills
