Overview:
The successful candidate shall work with the SDR, Sandia-delegated representative, to design, install, maintain, and support enterprise video collaboration and conference rooms, which provide secure and reliable video and audio conferencing with screen-sharing capabilities in both classified and unclassified environments. Subcontractor shall provide Video production and editing support in both classified and unclassified environments and provide onsite Auditorium live event support. In addition, the Subcontractor will provide digital media streaming, editing and conversion of AV media files to be included in media online environments for archival and retrieval for later viewing. Responsibilities:
Encantado Technical Solutions (ETS) is an unpopulated Small Business Administration-approved mentor-protégé joint venture between Edgewater Federal Solutions, Inc. and ECS Federal, LLC. ETS is bolstered by second-tier subcontractors Information International Associates (IIA) and Amentum. ETS provides comprehensive enterprise and mission-embedded IT support for the $400 - $700 million Third-Party Telecommunications and Information Technology Support Services contract at Sandia National Laboratories. ETS is currently recruiting for a variety of cleared and uncleared IT positions with on-site and remote opportunities in New Mexico and California. As ETS is unpopulated, employees will work for one of the four companies listed above.

- End user support and setup of Videoconferences and Videoconference equipment
- Secure Videoconference bridge and meeting setup support within the DOE/NNSA Enterprise Secure Network and DoD Secure Network Environments.
- Documenting tickets in Remedy ITSM tool through resolution
- Videoconference and Skype & Microsoft Teams system training support
- Videoconference and AV Systems installation, support and maintenance
- U.S. Citizenship is required
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DOE security clearance.
- HS Diploma or equivalent and 2 years of experience
