Job description
- Maintains attendance office files, records, and phone service.
- Processes student sign-ins and sign-outs.
- Delivers messages to students.
- Notifies and discusses with students questions on unexcused absences and failures to sign in or out.
- Verifies absences and validity of excuses by calling parents.
- Processes attendance data.
- Identifies excessive tardy absentees for Assistant Principal.
- Sets up attendance records at the beginning of the new school year.
- Performs various other related duties as assigned by Assistant Principal.
- Provides requested reports to administrators and counselors.

Hours:
Monday - Friday
