Responsibilities:

• Work with Patients, Therapists, physicians and referral sources in the field to determine and provide the most appropriate assistive technology and complex rehab technology equipment needs for clients
• Evaluates customer rehab equipment needs and assures that functional goal established at the evaluation is met.

• Assist or repair any POV or Custom Manual wheelchairs
• Orders appropriate products and equipment for our clients
• Provides products and equipment to customers and assures proper instruction on use and care of the product and equipment

• Provide general repairs to rehab equipment and products, appropriately set-up, assemble and Program rehab equipment as trained by manufactures recommendations

• Assists customer service in obtaining necessary information to qualify orders
• Maintain certifications and licenses

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience in the rehab field, or related home care experience
• ATP Certification
• Seating and Mobility Specialist (SMS) certification preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and over 100 lbs occasionally to a height of 36”
• Ability to perform thorough and competent seating/mobility, assistive technology and rehab equipment evaluations
• Possesses high school diploma or equivalent
• Must possess good driving record.
• Previous experience or required technical/mechanical/repair skills
