Full Job Description
Fit Societe is hiring per diem ATC's for game and tournament coverage. We have several schools, clubs, tournaments that we contract with and have coverage needs for.
We look for flexible and consistent, reliable team members that can quickly build relationships with coaches/athletes, provide pre/post game/practice services in line with ATC roles/responsibilities. We want patient-centered athletic trainers. ATC's have our DPT team available and on call MD's.
ATC's need to maintain documentation after each event with injury reporting and deliver those updates to the ATC lead. All ATC's will be 1099 contract athletic trainers in for the San Diego are, will need to manage all items as an independent contractor according to CA law and ABC law. Games and coverage are often weekday nights and weekends.
We are looking for an ATC lead as well that can help schedule and book other ATC's for events/coverage.
Qualification Requirements
- Must be a NATA Board of Certification certified Athletic Trainer
- Must possess and maintain current BLS or equivalent CPR/AED certification
- Must possess and maintain professional liability Insurance
- Must be able to work independently or in conjunction with other health care providers
Compensation
- Rate varies on event specifics - will always meet CA ATC agreed upon rates
