This position offers the flexibility to work either hybrid schedule below:
3-2 schedule:
We offer a hybrid 3-2 work schedule (three days in the office, two days of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility.
Week on, week off schedule:
We offer a hybrid work schedule (one week in the office, one week of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility.

Job Summary
This position is in the Information Services and Technology group at Dominion Energy South Eastern Energy Group and is responsible for support of document / Content Management systems and analysis, design, coding and testing of complex programs to support wide ranging business solutions. This includes analyzing the business needs of the customers, designing and implementing cost effective solutions to address those needs along with handling the ongoing support of existing systems. Must follow pre-established standards, policies and procedures but also have a flair for creative and innovative solutions.
The successful candidate can work out of Richmond, VA or Cayce, SC.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience
The knowledge, skills, abilities and experience required for entry into this job include the following:
Associate Programmer Analyst:
- 1-2+ experience to qualify starting in applications programming.
- Successful candidate will have software development experience and knowledge/understanding of IT principles and development practices.
- Experience in FileNet or other Content Management systems.
- Experience in Kofax or other document capture software.
- Experience in Windows server administration.
- Development experience using .Net technologies including C#, ASP.Net, MVC.Net, and Web API would be beneficial.
- Must be able to work in a professional team environment with limited direct supervision. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, a strong customer service mindset, and solid problem-solving skills.
- Will be required to take part in 24x7 on-call rotation and overtime is occasionally required for project demands.
Programmer Analyst:
- 2-3+ years relevant experience in directly related field.
- Successful candidate will have software development experience and knowledge/understanding of IT principles and development practices.
- Experience in FileNet or other Content Management systems.
- Experience in Kofax or other document capture software.
- Experience in Windows server administration.
- Development experience using .Net technologies including C#, ASP.Net, MVC.Net, and Web API would be beneficial.
- Must be able to work in a professional team environment with limited direct supervision. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, a strong customer service mindset, and solid problem-solving skills.

- Military service members and veterans with ranks from E3-E5, W1-W2, or O1-O3 plus appropriate equivalent combination of education and years of experience as outlined above.
