SUMMARY:

The Entertainment and Event Presentation team is responsible for the oversight and execution of all live event broadcast productions at Hard Rock Stadium, and special events hosted by the organization. The Associate Producer is responsible for conceptualizing, designing, creating and updating all in-venue creative content packages for the Miami Dolphins, as well as work with all stakeholders regarding creating and maintaining event content packages for the Miami Open and the Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix as needed. They are responsible for overseeing additional events and for the creation of motion or creative assets for the overall organization as assigned. This individual is responsible for ensuring the Miami Dolphins, Hard Rock Stadium, and related entities are on the forefront of in-venue creative design and functionality.

RESPONSIBILITES:

Miami Dolphins Game Day Production:

• Assistant producer of in game and second screen production
• Serve as the primary creator of all in-venue gameday motion & creative content assets
• Manage the content creation & load-in for the ROSS Xpression CG & Graphics system
• Ensure all creative content is created, loaded & meets brand standards
• Provide direction and management of internal and external in-venue content creation
• Serve as the internal expert on in-venue content creation and the ROSS Xpression CG & Graphics System capabilities and function
• Assist in the production of live events as assigned

Miami Dolphins Events:

• Serve as the primary creator of all in-venue motion & creative content assets as needed
• Serve as point of contact for Special Events as assigned
• Assist the Entertainment and Events staff with other duties as assigned

Miami Open Event Presentation:

• Ensure content of all in stadium matches and on campus videoboard displays is created and displayed properly
• Create and update the existing creative content package as needed prior to and throughout the tournament
• Manage creative content package files to ensure viability of use
• Creation of all sponsor obligation content for display throughout the campus
• Provide direction and management of creative content assets to ensure all files meet brand standards

Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix Event Presentation:

• Ensure content of all in stadium and campus videoboard displays is created and displayed properly
• Create and update the existing creative content package as needed prior to and throughout the race weekend based on overall organizational directives
• Manage creative content package files to ensure viability of use
• Creation of all sponsor obligation content for display throughout the campus
• Provide direction and management of creative content assets to ensure all files meet brand standards

Hard Rock Stadium Events:

• Create all in-venue creative content packages to ensure all content meets brand standards
• Manage the content creation & load-in for the ROSS Xpression CG & Graphics system
• Support clients with knowledge of the ROSS Xpression CG & Graphics system and LED board graphics requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors or Associates degree in Broadcasting, Communications, PR, Graphic Design or substantial experience in creative content, motion design and/or the ROSS Xpression CG & Graphics system
• 3+ years experience in creative content and motion design (preferably sports design or related entity)
• Be a collaborative, passionate, results-oriented person who wants to make a difference.
• Ability to prioritize, mediate and cope with rapid change and be comfortable with problem solving while maintaining calm under pressure.
• Be an excellent communicator across different media and have strong interpersonal skills managing across multi-functional/international internal and external teams.
• Desire to work in a fast paced, dynamic company
• Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign)
• Knowledge of 3D Editing software (Cinema 4D or similar program)
• Knowledge of or the ability to learn the ROSS Xpression CG & Graphics system
• A forward thinking and innovation-focused mindset
