Our staffing placement team is the bridge to scheduling and support for our field staff and customers. We’re looking for an organized and driven person with administrative, customer service, and/or scheduling experience who will support staffing efforts in an assigned geography. In this role, you’ll ensure responsive scheduling, customer support, and communications for employees.
Associate Placement Consultant Responsibilities:
- Accurately receive and post customer orders and messages into the operating system
- Respond to calls from customers and employees, triaging, troubleshooting, and providing relevant follow-up to urgent matters
- Match qualified staff with the customer’s worksite, schedule staff, and communicate placement information with customers
- Assist Human Resources with certain payroll-related activities, including the review of staff timesheets and pre-billing reports, and communicate with field associates about payroll deadlines and timesheet completion
- Document activities in the operating system and inform customer service team members
- Maintain confidentiality of all company information, including that of customers and field staff
Associate Placement Consultant Requirements:
- One year of experience in a customer service, administrative support, or scheduling role preferred
- Able to multi-task while retaining focus and quality of work
- You don’t need someone watching over your shoulder to get your work done
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- You’re capable of relating to a diverse group of individuals
- Comfortable using MS Office, and other relevant software
This is a regular, full-time, twelve-month-per year-position. The normal work hours are typically 8:00AM to 5:00PM, Monday through Friday; with some flexibility required to meet the needs of the company.
