OUR PRACTICE:

Genstler Eye Center is a busy MD/OD practice with a mix of cataract care, general and complex medical ophthalmology, and vision care. With an in-house ambulatory surgery center, full-service medical and vision clinic, and a large, retail optical store we are widely known as the premier eye care provider in our area and have had the privilege of serving our community in this capacity for over thirty years. Our board-certified ophthalmologists are also fellowship trained in cornea & external eye disease. Our practice provides superior medical, vision, and surgical eye care delivered in a spirit of compassion and respect.

OUR LOCATION:

Our practice is centrally located in the vibrant and growing town of Albany, in the heart of Oregon’s beautiful Willamette Valley. Albany and its surrounds offer a broad range of recreational opportunities. Education opportunities include Oregon State University. Our community has a strong focus on industry, health-care, agriculture, and technology and we are one of the highest patent-producing regions in the nation.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

As a member of the Genstler Eye Center team, you will work independently providing primary optometric care, such as routine vision exams, glasses, soft contact lenses and specialty lens fittings. You will also work closely with our board-certified ophthalmologist in the co-management of pre & post cataract patients as well as a full spectrum of other medical ophthalmology scenarios.

OUR TECHNOLOGY:

Our supporting technology includes NextGen EHR, fundus photography, VF, NdYAG/Argon Laser, OCT and more. But technology could never replace our great team of techs and support staff who enable our doctors to focus on the patient experience and on providing superior care to each of our patients.

Qualifications:

· Oregon optometry license

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $84,786.26 - $191,983.03 per year
