The Atlanta office is seeking a junior to mid-level associate to join the Business Immigration group. Preferred candidates should have experience in business immigration working with corporations, nationally as well as internationally. Experience handling visa for immigrants and non-immigrants as well as experience in dealing with compliance issues, experience with visas in all categories and for permanent residency. In addition, candidates should possess strong academics, excellent writing capabilities and ability to manage a high case volume.
