Associate Developer
Contract Position

Starting Pay: $30/hr
Description:

Summary: Develop, create, and modify test automation software or specialized utility programs utilizing software packages considered.

• Responsible for leading the design, development, implementation, and execution of test scripts/test plans to identify software problems and their causes.
• Responsible for planning and organizing efforts to build automated test scripts for PSS Application team.
• Responsible for developing and maintaining a QA benchmark for performance success metrics and measure all future product releases against those standards using different Automation tools.
• Responsible for developing plans, procedures, and programs to monitor and evaluate the accuracy and reliability of the system under test.
• Responsible for coordinating with different project teams to ensure timely delivery of product releases.
• Responsible for continuous monitoring and mentoring of Testing team members and perform code reviews for them.
• Responsible for ensuring processes are followed as designed
• Responsible for reviewing weekly testers' status report and taking necessary actions.
• Responsible for attending weekly meetings for projects and providing inputs from the testers' perspective
