The founding owner of a 34- year old, truly phenomenal general practice, situated in a unique waterfront location, is poised to step down from full time dental practice and business ownership. To the right candidate, he is prepared to give away a 49% partnership and the exclusive option to purchase the 51% majority share. However, the buyout must be decided upon no later than June 30, 2025. Generous owner financing may be a favorable alternative to a bank loan, particularly for new graduates in debt.
