Job description:

• Seeking a candidate who has experience working with real estate transactions, corporate matters, and financing.
• Client attorneys are highly experienced in residential, retail, restaurant, multi-family buildings, shopping centers, residential, development, and owner/user occupied properties in the Tri-State /Metropolitan area and throughout the United States.
• The business and corporate practice are broad-based, assisting their clients by negotiating and drafting all types of corporate agreements, formation and internal organizational documents, shareholders agreements, and operating agreements, as well as handling mergers, acquisitions, and corporate finance matters.
• The position will involve advising clients throughout the entire drafting, negotiation, and closing process.
