This opening is for a permanent Attorney and is located in Sea Ranch Lakes, Florida.Responsibilities
- Work with clients and correspond with opposing counsel
- Supporting attorneys and staff within the practice groups department
- Legal research and drafting of a wide range of legal documents
- Analyze and summarize legal documents
- 4+ years of experience as an Attorney
- PIP / 1st Party Property / 3rd Party GL Expertise
- Bachelors / Honours Degree required
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment, to prioritize client matters and adapt to quick changes while remaining diligent
- LexisNexis experience
- Solid understanding of Civil Litigation
