Our firm seeks Associate with 2 to 4 years of Civil Litigation experience for their Springfield, Massachusetts office. Applicants should be self-starters with solid research and writing skills, and a strong academic record. Position offers immediate exposure to litigation, including drafting motions and memoranda, conducting legal research, drafting and responding to discovery, preparing for and attending depositions. The ideal candidate will have:
Qualifications:
- Admission to the Massachusetts State Bar
- 2 to 4 Years (maximum) Civil Litigation Experience
- General Courtroom Experience and Familiarity with the Rules of Court in the Superior, District, and Probate courts
- Experience in Tort and Employment Law, Medical Malpractice Litigation and Health Care Law
(Including Criteria for Guardianships, Conservatorships, and Involuntary Commitments)
