Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior team members to create differentiated and impactful product collateral and thought capital that clearly articulates our value proposition
• Ensure material has proper branding, style, appearance, tone and adheres to compliance and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with channel marketers and product and distribution teams to understand gaps and opportunities to build awareness of products and services through strategic marketing materials
• Monitor industry and competitive environment through research and review of market intelligence and insights
• Act as an asset class/investment team champion when partnering with stakeholders on product materials, positioning, capabilities messaging, and targeted communications
• Perform other job-related duties and special projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or eight years work experience
• Two+ years' work experience in a financial services organization, in marketing, communication or related field
• Requires the ability to understand and contribute to the creation of product related marketing and communication strategies across the various product platforms
• Knowledge of the financial services market and products
• Experience working with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe

• Excellent abilities in the areas of problem solving, project management, decision making, and communication (verbal and written) skills
• Must be able to build and maintain strong relationships
• Must be able to manage expectations, attend to details, handle multiple projects, and prioritize effectively
• Must be able to lead the execution of small-scale initiatives

Salary Range Information: Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
