ABOUT THE ROLE

Kapi Restoration is seeking an assitant to the owner of the company to support its residential, and commercial disaster restoration services. An ideal candidate is someone with 3-4 years of construction experience, with the ambition, drive, and work ethic to lead a team and grow into a project manager role, or other various roles within the company.

The individual must be able to:

• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and ensure completion of all tasks.
• Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and written with customers, contractors, and internal management.
• Ability to organize and clean.
• Ability to plan to maximize efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Ability to maintain supply inventory to ensure we always have supplies we need to complete a job.
• Ability to chip in and help in every facet of the company's operations and growth.
• Respond to various emergency services such as water loss, fire damage, board-ups, mold/demo, deodorization, property damage, etc.
• Respond to after-hour (weekend & nights) restoration emergency service as part of on-call rotation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
