Job description
Work alongside our Lead Cook in prep and plating of appetizing, appealing and nutritious meals as indicated in individualized diet plans for our Skilled Nursing Facility.
May be needed to lead kitchen staff as person in charge in absence of Lead Cook or Dietary Manager.
At times will require supply re-stocking and inventory reporting.
Ability to follow recipes, written and oral directions and food safety rules.
