SUPERVISOR:
Manager or designee.
SUMMARY:
Assists in purchase, marking, stocking and control of inventory.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Retrieves and delivers materials as necessary. [Daily, 25%]
- Assists in maintaining a quality control inventory program. [Daily, 20%]
- Processes all necessary documents and provides reports. [Daily, 5%]
- Checks out all equipment and tools and maintains in a safe and operational condition. [Daily, 5%]
- Assists in coordination of parts operation by checking out equipment, tools and vehicle keys to personnel. [Daily, 5%]
- Coaches site-based technicians in pulling parts and filling out paperwork correctly to complete work orders. [Daily, 5%]
- Maintains a clean and orderly warehouse. [Daily, 5%]
- Perform other related duties as assigned or requested. [Daily, 5%]
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- General knowledge of building trades.
- Must be able to work flexible hours.
- Must meet insurability requirements of the Colorado School District Self Insurance Pool.
- Criminal background check and fingerprinting required for hire.
REQUIRED CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATIONS:
All certifications, licenses, and registrations must be valid and unexpired.
• Valid Colorado Driver’s License.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Two (2) years experience as retail clerk or warehouse stocker.
PHYSICAL AND MENTAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Pushing and pulling.
- Repetitive motions such as bending.
- Climbing stairs, ladders and vehicles.
- Squatting.
- Overhead work.
- Various vertical heights.
- Good motor skills.
