Mountain Lake Services provides support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disbalilites. It is our mission to partner with people of all abilities to live their very best lives. We are seeking Assistant Residential Directors for the Ticonderoga and Keeseville/Jay Areas.

RESPONSIBILITIES of Assistant Director include

• Provide supervision and leadership in overall operation of Residences and Services.
• Work with the Director to coordinate and supervise daily operations.
• Coordinate efforts with managers, staff and individuals receiving services.
• Provide administrative support in the absence of the Director.
• Ensure compliance with regulation and internal policies.

QUALIFICATIONS for Assistant Director:

• Skills in supervision and management required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field preferred; or ten years of significant experience providing services to people with I/DD may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree.

This is a Full Time, 40-hour per week position
