Holly Heights Nursing Center is seeking an Assistant NHA for our 5 star, Quality Gold award winning facility.
Qualified candidates will have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, 3 or more years in a long term care management position, and posses a a current and in good standing Colorado Nursing Home Administrator's license. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service experience and a positive attitude, be knowlegeable of policies and procedures as well as Federal, State and local requirements.
This position is responsible for many facets of facility operations including: Pay for Perdormance, Facility Assessments, Investigations, Supervising Senior Leader team, grieveance/ concer process, dementia training, budgetary complaince. And serves as an effective representative for the facility to be viewed as a provider of choice.
