We are looking for an Assistant General Manager who is -
- an outstanding Leader who motivates and encourages their team to work hard and be enthusiastic
- able to build and maintain community relationships
- willing to develop and mentor other managers
- a positive role model at all times for their team
- responsible for assistanting the GM in managing ItalX financials, inventory control, labor costs
- willing to work with operations to implement and execute plans for business growth
- an exceptional problem solver, willing to listen and collect data for resolution
