This posting is hiring for our Waterford Lakes Town Center location.

As Assistant Manager position you would be responsible for:

• Managing, coaching, and developing new and existing staff
• Building a positive and inclusive work culture
• Maintaining high standards of service, food quality, and cleanliness
• Managing day to day operations including opening and closing shifts, ensuring staff complete assigned tasks, cash handling, etc.
• Prep work; making ice cream, batters, sauces, etc.
• Assisting the General Manager with admin work as needed; scheduling, inventory, ordering, etc.
• Assisting with hiring and training new employees
