We are seeking a hard working, responsible and customer-service oriented individual with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our team as an Assistant Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for interviewing and hiring potential new employees, coaching and motivating the front line staff, and routinely monitoring sales and deposits. A successful candidate will enjoy a friendly work environment and potential for promotion to Store Manager.

We are looking for a positive, energetic person who enjoys working with people and loves froyo! We are in need of an Assistant Manager that will work closely with our Team Members to keep our store operating efficiently. It is required that this person is available to work day and night shifts as needed. This person will be our eyes and ears on the ground.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Hire and train new employees as needed

- Track daily sales

- Order products per store needs

- Open or close store per shift requirement

- Interact with customers and provide excellent customer service

-Work as part of a team

-Oversee daily operations of the store

Work Experience:

- Previous customer service experience is required

- Good communication skills are required

- Previous management experience is preferred

*Hourly rate is $13.00 with an average of $3/hr for tips

Hours per week:

• 30-40

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
